What are your store hours?
We are open Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 6pm. Saturday from 9am to 5pm. We are closed Sunday and Monday.
Where can I park?
There are a few parking spaces in front of the building. You may also park anywhere in the parking lot behind the building, except for inside the gated area. If you need to load or unload a motorcycle, be sure to park behind the building. We have ramps on hand and can help you load or unload your motorcycle.
Do you offer any kind of bike transport services?
We have an enclosed van that we use to transport customer motorcycles. We can perform bike pick up and delivery services. Up to 25 miles we charge $30. Over 25 miles it's a $100 charge with a max distance of 50 miles.
Do you service other brands?
Yes, we most certainly do. While we specialize in Ducati and MV Agusta, All of our service technicans have training and years of experience working of various brands of motorcycles. We are also an authorized Ohlins service center as well as an authorized Dynojet dyno tuning center.
Do you offer test rides?
We do offer test rides, by appointment only and only on specific days. You will need to provide a valid motorcycle license, proof of vehicle insurance and bring your own full-face helmet, motorcycle gloves, jacket and appropriate riding footwear. For more information, speak with anyone from our sales staff.
Do you have Ducati fun rides or track events?
Yes, we do have fun rides from time to time and try to offer "Track Experience" days depending on how much interest we get. When we have these kinds of events, we will post details to our facebook page and on our website.
